I am officially buried in paperwork; we are in the thick of quizzes, tests, oral projects and journals and I am still having some trouble adjusting to first period planning. I get lots done, but NEVER enough. (or is that just my type A personality?)

No, it’s not you. You could work 24 hours a day and it would never be completely finished, ya know? I have had to learn when enough is enough, and that is okay….
When I first began teaching, I had a cart that I used to take my students’ journals to the car so that I could read them during the weekend. No more. -
Ugh…I live life feeling over whelmed. I keep thinking it will go away but it just hasn’t in the last two years. People keep telling me the more you take on the more people give me…is this always the case?
Sorry you are feeling it too and wish there was something I could do for ya…I can only say that make sure you take time for the important hings in life. I learned that one the way hard way recently! Hoep things get better soon for ya! -
You can tell the lady in that picture is about ready to throw off her glasses, pull down her hair, and start taking off her clothes on the desk. That’s one way to deal with paperwork!
