A View Into My Universe

I’m a Pixie!

You rule. in 15 years, you won’t be as known as you
are now, but most of the people that will know
you then will like you (or else I’ll beat them
with a stick). You’re nice to listen to.

What band from the 80s are you?
brought to you by Quizilla
This is so strange; I have become addicted to these silly little quizzes that tell me things like: I am flippant and fickle with my casual lovers(I don’t think I’ve ever had a casual lover–my, how tempting!) and now, I am a Pixie. Since I don’t know the group at all, I don’t know whether to congratulate myself for being so COOL or be depressed because it means I have the personality of Ozzie Osbourne.

You DO have a cool pixie haircut…it makes me wish that I knew something ( ANYTHING!) about 80’s pop culture. Drat, that.

I wanted to be the Pixies! I just missed them a couple of weekends ago here in Austin. The festival got so crowded that the fire code kicked in and no one else was let in. I got U2 instead, even though I picked “dig for fire” in the last question. Okay, that’s cool. I’m addicted to these things too.

Oh, and getting the Pixies mean you are the coolest. No doubt about that! 😉

I’ve been hearing about them a lot lately — several bloggers mention them. So, I checked them out and listened to some samples on Amazon. Hmmm. Probably not my style. There was one (partial) tune that sounded a bit like the Stones, though.

Try to find that quiz where it tells you what famous book you are. Or the random one. Hang on. I’ll find them in my archives. I share your addiction to quizzes.
